The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and beautiful views of the river. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable amenities. The breakfast included a variety of options to start the day.

The service was not up to par with our expectations. The staff seemed untrained and not knowledgeable about the hotel’s facilities.

We loved to be here, its location and rooms. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...

Luxurious experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the service was exceptional, the spa&wellness centre was perfect for relaxing and the restaurant served delicious food. I was impressed by the pool with a magnificent view and the private facilities were everything I needed.

the indoor swimming pool and entertainment center made up for it.

My Easter experience at this hotel was wonderful! the river and night views from my room were breathtaking. the food was amazing, with a lot of dishes to choose from. the staff was attentive and always willing to help, making me feel welcome. the gym and fitness center were top-notch, with a variety of equipment available. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation.

Another downside was the language barrier, as some of the staff had limited English proficiency.

The Chinese restaurant provides guests with a truly local experience with international elegance. Authentic local cuisine is presented in an exquisite way. the staff is down to earth and real. the hotel is located right by the river which offers beautiful night views. the rooms are kept very clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the river. the breakfast buffet is amazing with so much choice. the hotel staff is very helpful and tries their best to make guests' stay effortless and comfortable.

It can be difficult to communicate with some of the staff members who can speak little to no English, which can be a bit challenging for international guests.

We loved upgrading to executive privileges for a great deal with breakfast and happy hour. The gym had great hours and both hot and dry saunas. The location was superb for watching the fountain show from our room or from outside on the street, with the metro directly in front of the hotel for easy access to nearby attractions.
